Spring was a time of preparation and Summer is upon us. New work is now showing at Cultureclash Gallery for the Salida Artwalk the end of June. I'm making preparations for the Salida Studio Tour happening the end of September. Colorado leaf change is magnificent in the Fall. Looking forward to a warm but productive Summer.

The Holiday Celebration at Apogee Studio was an evening of hors-d'oeuvres, music, and sales. It was good to see old friends, patrons, and new friends.

Art Walk has finished, as has the Solo Salida Steam Plant show. But the show at The Pinon Real Estate Group Office and work at Culture Clash Gallery are still up. The next big event, The Salida Studio Tour, is coming up August 12 and 13. Apogee Studio will be participating.
I'm pleased to be showing at the Pinon Real Estate Group Office at 201 F Street in Salida the months of June, July and August 2017. Several new oils will be on view. Also showing at the Salida Steam Plant the month of June. Busy summer ahead.

Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center purchased four of my pieces which now hang in the second floor Family Lounge. Tulips, Orchid, Cala Lily, and Magnolia now have a permanent home.

"Diary" is back after taking Best In Show at"Mix It Up", Royal Contemporary Gallery. The show closed on September 18.

This image appeared after a few days in the studio. I lived in Connecticut several years ago and spent some time on the different ferries that operate in New York Harbor. This work is a remembrance of those days and a mapping of the harbor.
Sellars Project Space is proud to present an exhibition of 9 Colorado Artists titled simply, “9”, during the month of June. This exhibition will open on Saturday June 11th and continue through July 6th, 2016. A three day showing will be held during the 24th Annual Salida Art Walk on June 24th (10 a.m. - 5 p.m.), June 25th ( 10 a.m. - 9 p.m), and June 26th (12 p.m. - 4 p.m.). A special reception for the public will be held on Saturday, June 25th from 5 - 9 p.m. with all 9 artists in attendance.
Exhibiting artists include Linda Armantrout (Louisville), PJ Bergin (Salida), Marie EvB Gibbons (Arvada), Fay Golson (Salida), Kelsey Hauck (Saguache), Jennifer Hirshhorn (Boulder), Joanne Mascorro (Salida), Pam Judd (Salida), and Amy Wood (Denver). Each artist works in multiple mediums including painting, collage, drawing, sculpture, paper, glass, and digital manipulation.
Sellars Project Space has served for a catalyst for contemporary art for over 20 years. Over 200 exhibitions in gallery locations in Denver, Colorado and Santa Fe, New Mexico, and now in Salida, Colorado. Sellars Project Space has mounted a variety of award winning exhibitions, public happenings, and global projects to further the understanding and integration of the arts into educational institutions and in both large and small communities.
